INSTRUCTION
Clean the mussels and spread them into two portions in grill trays. We add one crushed garlic clove and quarter of orange to each tray. Place in into trays prepared mussels and tightly cover them by aluminum foil. Set them on the grill for about 10 minutes.
At the time when the mussels grills, we prepare the sauce. Cut spring onions, but only the white part, into slices, crush the garlic clove, and wash parsley leaves and chop them finely. We squeeze the juice from the remaining half of the orange. Warm up olive oil in a saucepan. Throw the onion on the hot oil. After onion glassed add garlic. After a 30 sec, pour orange juice and white wine. We also add a little lemon juice. When the sauce evaporates slightly, approx. 5 min. we add butter, salt and pepper. After melting the butter, remove the sauce from the heat and add parsley leaves. Mix them.
Add the prepared sauce to the mussels, which were grilled for 10 minutes. We cover them again tightly with aluminum foil and grill for about 5-7 minutes. until they all open.
You can serve grilled mussels with croutons (also grilled).
