2 fresh Doradas

Peel the onion and cut it into six. Wash and cut zucchini into slices. We deprive white pepper of nests, wash and cut into quarters. We clean the tomatoes but leave them on the branch. Salt the vegetables and put them aside.
Cut Dorada on the stomach from the head to half the fish and remove the gills and entrails. Then thoroughly clean and remove the scales.
Wash and dry the fish.
Salt the prepared fish inside and outside. We put crushed garlic clove, 2 slices of lemon and 2 sprigs of rosemary inside each fish. Then sprinkle the fish with olive oil on the outside and season with salt and pepper. We put 2 sprigs of rosemary and 2 slices of lemon on the aluminum foil, and we put the fish on it. Wrap tightly fish with aluminum foil.
We place the fish on a pre-heated grill and grill for 8-9 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle previously prepared vegetables with olive oil and place on aluminum grill trays. We grill fish together.
We serve grilled fishes with grilled vegetables.
