INGREDIENTS
2 avocados
100g smoked salmon
1 shallot
1 chilli pepper
1 bundle of dill
Radishes sprouts
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of mustard Dijon
Cayenne pepper
Salt, colourful pepper
INSTRUCTION
Peel the shallot and cut into small cubes. Place the chopped shallot in a bowl and gently salt. Remove the chilli pepper from the seeds, wash and cut into small cubes. Add to the shallot.
Peel the avocado, remove the stone and with a fork crush into a pulp. It is worth using a very mature avocado. Crush the avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not darken. Add to the shallot and chilli.
Cut the salmon into very small cubes and combine with the rest of the vegetables. Chop the dill finely and add to the other ingredients.
