1 can of mackerel in tomatoes
200 g of cream cheese
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of chilli flakes
Transfer the mackerel from the can with the sauce to the dish in which we will make the paste. Crush the mackerel with a fork.
Add cream cheese and mix. Then gently blend. Squeeze the lemon juice and add two tablespoons to the paste. Season with pepper and chilli flakes. We blend for a while.
The pasta prepared in this way is excellent for breakfast. We serve it on wholemeal bread, sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and serve with fresh vegetables and parsley.
