250 g of oyster mushrooms
1 piece of white onion
2 teeth of garlic
1 bunch of parsley leaves
1 tablespoon / clarified butter
We wash the oyster mushrooms thoroughly. Then dry and cut into strips. Peel the onions and cut them into feathers. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through the press. Wash and finely chop parsley leaves.
In a pan, dissolve the clarified butter. Then add the chopped onions. Fry until they’re glassy, then add the garlic. After a minute, we throw in sliced oyster mushrooms. Fry the whole dish for about 5 min. Season with salt and plenty of pepper. Finally, add chopped parsley leaves. Mix thoroughly and remove from the fire.
This way prepared, the oyster mushrooms are a perfect addition to fish.
